Payment
Online payment through PayPal with major credit card is preferred. Check or Money order is also accepted.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Westshore Logic, Inc. Please submit any requests for returns via e-mail to comments7@cube-iq.com.
Returned product is subject to a re-stocking charge of 5% of the order value. Returned product must be repackaged carefully so as to avoid unnecessary damage during the return shipment. Contact Westshore Logic regarding the selection of a freight carrier.
Shipping
Normal shipping is UPS Ground or occasionally USPS. Different shipping arrangements can be accommodated if communicated to Westshore Logic seven (7) working days prior to the ship date. In all cases, freight costs will be additional and added to the final order total.
Any shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt to Westshore Logic, Inc.
